First time going to Blue Lemon and it was amazing!!! I was so impressed with how fresh everything was. The only thing that didn’t taste good were the pears on my salad, but that might be because it’s the middle of winter in Utah, and pears aren’t in season. But other than that, everything tasted amazing. I’ve actually been craving this salad since I went there and can’t wait to go back again soon. The appetizer was delicious too. My husband got the tropical curry. I don’t like curry, but it tasted great and had all the fresh flavors.

This place is the true MVP out of all locations across Utah (go check my review for the sandy location and the new general manager that runs it) not to go off topic, this place made a mistake and gladly made it right. Customer service was Amazing, and I will definitely be eating here again. (I’ve been here a lot and this is why I’m always gonna come back, you treated us good) thanks for the food. Also, I notice how your lobby is always clean!

Blue Lemon was an overall great experience but I would recommend it for breakfast or lunch. I went there for dinner. The food was great but Blue Lemon is setup more like Chipotle than a typical sit-down restaurant. If you are looking for clean, quick place to eat then Blue Lemon is a great option. The food was great but the portion size was smaller than I expected.
